Nodify

The nodify feature is a feature that might be added to rew, nodify will pretty much nodify the rew compiler into one js file and bind your coffeescript file into it as well. Enabling you to compile your rew project into one massive js file that can either run with node or just be compiled/injected into node to be a separate binary.
